El Servicio de Administración Tributaria de Trujillo (SATT) logró recaudar un total de S/19’605,251.94 millones de soles por concepto de impuesto predial en lo que va del año. Esta cifra cumple con la meta establecida en el compromiso 2 del Programa de Incentivos a la Mejora de la Gestión Pública Municipal, como parte de la mejora de los niveles de recaudación que las municipalidades deben cumplir en dicho concepto para este 2023.
Es decor, el plan de incentivos, enmarcado en el presupuesto por resultados, tiene como objetivo promover la mejora en la calidad de los servicios públicos municipales a nivel nacional.
Para este ejercicio fiscal, el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF) aprobó 4 compromisos y 9 indicadores a cargo de 4 sectores, y uno de ellos es la recaudación del impuesto predial corriente en las municipalidades. Esta meta se divide en dos tramos: el primero, que consiste en el 34.6% de la emisión inicial de valores (S/19’559,448.42) con vencimiento al 30 de junio, y el segundo, el 68.1% (S/38’497,064.67) con plazo hasta el 31 de diciembre.
Por su parte, el gerente general del SATT, Ylder Vargas Alva, informó que, hasta el 20 de junio, el SATT ha superado en S/45,803.52 soles la meta establecida por el MEF, y aún hay tiempo para que esta cifra aumente.
«Este logro ha sido posible gracias a la implementación de diferentes estrategias de cobranza aplicada a la cartera de contribuyentes. Además, se han realizado mejoras en los procesos de atención y equipos informáticos», agregó el funcionario.
Vargas Alva destacó que este logro permitirá a la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo recibir una importante inyección económica, lo cual permitirá trabajar por la ciudad y sus habitantes. Asimismo, anunció que en los próximos días se lanzará una nueva campaña de beneficios e instó a la población a aprovechar dichas ventajas para regularizar sus deudas o mantenerse como contribuyentes puntuales.
